This Terms of Service shall be a Legally binding agreement between you the User (‘You’, ‘your’, ‘User’, including all its grammatical Variations) and AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION and this Terms of services shall be construed to be in absolute compliance with all the statutory or other laws dealing with digital contracts and hence don’t need a physical signature.
Our Terms of Coaching Session
The coaching programs are created and sold as a whole package and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled for the ongoing batch for a number of sessions or have unattended sessions as you quit in between the course does not make you eligible for the refund, credit or transfer.
Payment Plans
The payment mechanism that we employ is completely secure and we have the right to choose its own banking partner. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be cancelled if the payment is not made in advance. If the students fail to make the payment in two (2) business working days, it could result in terminating the registration for the program. Credit Card or Debit Cards payments are avoided, if you still prefer paying through that, you need to pay an extra amount on it depending on the charges applied by banks.
Additional timings or sessions
We care for students and that’s why we allow our students with additional practice timings at very nominal rates.The students should stay in the class and lab throughout mentioned batch timings. Although no student will be allowed to stay back after their batch timings is over yet, the students can practice for free for some extra time, at stated timings.
Immigration Affirmation
Applicant recognizes that it is his/her obligation to abide by the above terms and conditions as well as additional concur that we reserve the right to validate and to end their services whenever if the candidate falls short to abide by the terms and conditions if they find that the information supplied by the candidate is found to be untrue/incomplete. The applicant agrees to read and understand the adhering terms and conditions and also agrees to follow the very same.
About Assignments & date booking
Every student is required to complete all the assignments given by his/her coach to get their desired results and booking the date for the respective exam should be done only after consulting your coach. As the coaches are very much experienced in their respective domain they can guide you very well regarding the date for exam booking.
Telephonic Communication
During your membership or during your tenure of coaching with us, you are not allowed to do telephonic communication with your coach to clarify your doubts from your coach / trainer, but you can directly talk to your coach in person within the premises. No one is allowed to exchange personal numbers, or in any case always keep the management in the loop.
You will be required to book an appointment requesting the organization if you want to discuss it with your coach personally.
No Absenteeism
The very first week of the coaching is mandatory to attend. In case, due to any circumstances, you do not turn up for the sessions or programs, there will not be any extra session/s conducted for them and no refunds or transfer will be made if we are not informed well in advance. Not more than two leaves will be entertained by any faculty, you will be responsible to inform them about your absence.
Notice of cancellation
Cancellation of course can be done with 24 hours of enrollment and will only be applicable under medical reasons for which the student cannot attend future classes or under migration reasons where the students have to leave the country immediately.
Suspension of Membership
In case you are found violating any of our policies, AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION has all rights to cancel your registration or membership.

AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION controls and operates this Website from its headquarters in King William St, Adelaide, Australia and makes no representation that the materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations. This website is owned by us and the content and material that is posted on the website should not be copied or reproduced under the copyright act, which forms the terms and conditions of this website.
Modification of Programs
The coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any program due to unavoidable reasons. However, we will try our level best so that your coaching remains unaffected.
General Terms
We are not a part of any government authority/organization or embassy. We are a proprietary company, and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department in the respective country.
It is to remind you that these terms and the relationship between you and AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION will be governed by the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Adelaide, Australia with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in relation to these Terms. The failure of AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of these Terms. These Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION and governs your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and AUSSIE EXPERTS EDUCATION & MIGRATION with respect to the Website.
